If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Exchange Policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free process. Please read the following terms carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are applicable only within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and invoices intact.

  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@devasmiinternational.com with your order details and the reason for return/exchange.

  2. Approval Process: Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers must arrange for the return shipping of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only if the product meets our return conditions.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days after a successful inspection of the returned product.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit as per customer preference.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, customers can opt for a refund or select another product of the same value.

  • If the new product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid before processing the exchange.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Opened or used cosmetic products due to hygiene reasons.

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or negligence by the customer.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Attach clear images of the product and packaging in your email for verification.

  • We will provide a free replacement or a full refund in such cases.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

  • If payment has been made, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
